CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

The Board of Directors of Mount Pearl Minor Hockey Association is pleased to announce our “Call for Nominations” for the following positions. The AGM will take place on Wednesday May 28th, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Glacier 3rd floor Hospitality Room.

The following positions will be available for this AGM. 

PRESIDENT - 2-year term

VICE PRESIDENT - 1-year term

TREASURER - 2-year term

DIRECTOR OF U7 - 2-year term

DIRECTOR OF U11/13 - 2-year term

DIRECTOR OF WAYS AND MEANS - 2-year term

DIRECTOR OF ALL-STAR - 2-year term 

Per Article 5.4 of the Mount Pearl Minor Hockey Association constitution. A person may be elected by acclamation if there is no other candidate for the position. Nominations from the floor will only occur for positions in which there was no candidate nominated by the nomination deadline. 

The executive of the Board of Directors is available to meet with any interested party to discuss positions available. Interested individuals may call the MPMHA office for further information or to set up an appointment.

Nominations will close on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 at 4pm. All forms must be submitted before this deadline.
