NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS OF MOUNT PEARL MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION
Please be advised that the Board of Mount Pearl Minor Hockey Association will hold its AGM on
Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Glacier 3rd floor Hospitality Room.
To attend and vote at the meeting, you must register by 12 noon on the day of the AGM via the
Google form in this notice. You also must be in good standing with the association. To check on
your standing, please contact our office. Members not in good standing are not permitted to attend
or vote at the AGM.
The AGM will start at 7 pm. No good-standing member will be permitted to register to attend the
meeting or vote after the meeting commences.
We encourage all members to attend the AGM to receive updates on the business of your minor
hockey association.
