Call for nominations to the MP Hall of Fame for 2026

We at the Mount Pearl Sport Alliance are calling for nominations for induction into the
Mount Pearl Sports Hall of Fame at the 2026 ceremony which would likely be in June
2026. We encourage each of our member sports as well as affiliates and some adult
sports to consider nominating worthy candidates who have contributed to their
organization by playing or coaching or organizing.

The deadline for nominations is March 5, 2026. That deadline is also the deadline for
nominations for teams to be included on the Mount Pearl Sports Team Honour Roll.
There are two places on the Alliance website for accessing the nomination form for
potential Hall of Fame Inductees. 

EITHER: From the home page of the Alliance, http://www.mpsportalliance.ca, select
from the top menu “Programs.”   Then from the left of the Programs page, select “Sports
Hall of Fame.” Then scroll down to “Guide for Nominators” near the bottom of the
screen and select the link.

OR: From the home page of the Alliance, http://www.mpsportalliance.ca, select “Forms”
from the top menu.  Then select from the left side of the Forms page “Nomination
Forms.”  Then scroll down to “Mount Pearl Sports Hall of Fame” and select the link
under that title, https://forms.gle/fVYSKoeDZq7c3iGi6.
