Please complete the following google form if you would like your child entered into our lottery. All details can be found on top of the google form and in the attached pdf. 

 

 

This form will close Saturday March 15 at 5pm. The lottery will take place within a week this date and those that were successful will be notified and required to confirm their spot. If spot is not confirmed we will move on to those that were placed on waitlist.
